Damaged Shipments:If your order arrives physically damaged by the courier, do not consume it. Email team@themilletculture.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged box and pouch. We will dispatch a free replacement within 2 business days.
Cancellations:Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our facility.
